迷你螺絲Mini-Screw

直徑0.2公分的迷你螺絲，提供移動牙齒好的力量來源，讓矯正效果更好、並縮短矯正療程。
很久很久以前，如果要進行困難的牙齒移動，頭帽(Head gear)、TPA(Transpalatal arch)、骨板(Miniplate) 是常被世人使用的裝置，然而，因為不美觀、不舒服、費用高是這些裝置漸漸不被森源牙醫診所的專家醫師使用的主因。

牙冠增長手術

一般認為牙齒的長寬比例是80%，若少於75%，會顯得太長，若多餘85%，則會看起來太寬太方。如果矯正治療中有拔牙或是做大量的牙齒壓入，矯正後常會有骨頭變凸、牙齒變短的情形，那是因為矯正只有移動牙齒牙根，齒槽骨還停留在原來的位置。如果發生這樣的狀況，就會影響美觀， 可以在矯正結束後削除過多的牙齦及骨頭，減少露齦笑重建美麗笑容。

阻生齒手術

由於空間不足、齒列擁擠、乳牙未脫落等等原因，造成恆牙無法依正常時間萌出，經醫師評估可行性後，想方設法將其拉出並排列整齊。

這位患者的上顎雙側有阻生犬齒，藉由森源牙醫診所醫師的特殊技法將其拉出，成為真正有咬合功能的牙齒，並同時間拔除曾經根管治療過及有較大蛀牙的上顎第一大臼齒，用較理想的智齒加以取代之
